Joshua Freeman, M.A.
Joshua serves as the Pulpit Minister and Counselor of the Lakewood Church of Christ.
With over 8 years of ministry and counseling experience, Joshua and his family moved to work with the Lakewood Church of Christ after serving in Upstate New York. Joshua holds degrees in Bible and Professional Counseling. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and being with family in his free time.
Throughout his profession, Joshua has served on both the advisory board and board of directors of Camp Hunt. He has also spent a considerate amount of time as a guest speaker and lecturer. Passionate about preparing future ministers for the work, Joshua also serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Great Lakes Christian College where he helps to train students in pastoral counseling skills. As a trained Prepare-Enrich Seminar Director, Joshua also spends time throughout the year training ministers, counselors, social workers, psychologists, and others in the helping professions in the world-famous couple assessment.
Joshua is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
